Early-access disclosure
These terms describe SEENA's current free early-access operation for registered adults. Qualified counsel has not approved them for a paid public launch.
Effective August 11, 2026 · Version 2026-09-04.1
Please read these Terms carefully. By creating an account or clicking the agreement control after these Terms are presented, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not create an account or continue using protected product features. You may still use the available controls to export or delete your data, manage billing, or contact us.
SEENA is operated by ORIZON SYSTEMS LLC. These Terms govern the current free early-access service. A formal notice address remains a public-launch legal-review gate and will be published here when counsel approves it.
2. What SEENA is — and is not
SEENA is an AI companion for personal reflection, journaling, memory, conversation, life organization, and optional voice interaction. Features may be experimental, change during beta, or be unavailable at times. We do not promise uninterrupted access, perfect memory, preservation of every item, or a particular outcome.
SEENA is artificially generated and not human. Companion chatbots may not be suitable for some minors; SEENA does not permit accounts for anyone under 18. SEENA maintains a published crisis-response protocol that uses a fixed resource response for strong self-harm or violence signals, but it is not continuous monitoring and cannot guarantee detection.
SEENA is not a therapist, doctor, emergency service, lawyer, financial advisor, guardian, or substitute for qualified professional judgment. It cannot contact emergency services for you. If you or another person may be in danger, contact local emergency services or a qualified crisis professional immediately.
SEENA does not continuously monitor your account, conversations, or safety. A message to SEENA is not a message to a human operator, and silence or a generated reply does not mean that a person reviewed your situation. Do not use SEENA as an emergency alert, monitoring, backup, or record-preservation service.
Your Twin, companion, memories, emotional interpretations, and Personal Voice are software-generated representations. They are not you, another person, a consciousness, a digital resurrection, a witness, proof of identity, or proof of what anyone actually said or intended. SEENA does not become your agent, fiduciary, guardian, executor, health-care proxy, legal representative, or authorized decision-maker, and it cannot consent, sign, promise, transact, or make binding commitments for you. You remain responsible for reviewing output and for every decision or action you take based on it.
5. Your content and permission to operate the service
As between you and SEENA, you retain your rights in content you create or upload. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide it and that doing so does not violate law or another person's privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or intellectual-property rights.
You grant SEENA a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, copy, process, transmit, format, and display that content only as reasonably needed to provide the features you request, secure and maintain the service, comply with law, and enforce these Terms. This license is royalty-free because it is required to operate the service. It does not permit SEENA to sell your private content or use it in advertising.
This license ends when the content is deleted, subject to documented backup, security, legal, fraud-prevention, and provider deletion windows described in the Privacy Notice. An account export may omit provider secrets, internal security controls, fraud signals, other people's data, and information that is not legally required to be exported.
11. SEENA intellectual property, early access, feedback, and claims
SEENA's software, brand, design, documentation, and service content—excluding your content—belong to the operator or its licensors. Subject to these Terms, you receive a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the service for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted.
If you voluntarily provide feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or compensation, but we will not identify you publicly without permission. Report a good-faith copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights concern to [email protected] with enough detail to identify the material, your authority, and the requested action. We may request verification and will respond as applicable law requires.
During free early access, non-public features, designs, plans, documentation, security information, and technical or business information that is marked confidential or that a reasonable tester would understand is not public are “Confidential Early-Access Materials.” You may use Confidential Early-Access Materials only to evaluate SEENA and provide feedback. Unless we give written permission, do not publish, distribute, sell, publicly benchmark, or use those materials to build a competing product. Reasonable screenshots or recordings shared privately with SEENA support for testing are permitted.
Confidential Early-Access Materials do not include information that you can document was already public through no breach, independently developed without using the materials, or lawfully received without a confidentiality duty. Nothing in this section prevents an honest review of your own experience, a good-faith security report, a complaint or disclosure to a government authority, compliance with valid legal process after notice where legally permitted, or any protected whistleblowing or consumer right. Your own content is not made SEENA's confidential property by this section.
